Advanced Training Class Starts in August!
Starting at the end of August, Kevin Moberly will begin teaching an advanced Krav Maga class on Tuesday evenings. Specific times and dates will be announced soon. For advanced Krav Maga students only.
Belt Test Results
Congratulation to Lance, John Michael, Tom, Brandon, and Isaiah for successfully passing the Phase A Test last Thursday. Everyone was very aggressive and gave 100%. Nice job on an extremely difficult test!
Kevin Williams Victorious - IN 24 Seconds!
Kevin Williams won his debut cage fight in dramatic fashion, submitting 6'2", 245 lb fighter Brandon Scott with a rear naked choke in just under 24 seconds. The fight started with Kevin delivering two brutal leg kicks. Brandon then threw a combination of punches, Kevin evaded the strikes, and slammed his opponent to the mat with a beautiful double leg takedown. After passing Brandon's full guard to a half guard, Kevin fought off a guittine choke attempt and dropped a devastating left elbow to the head that hurt Brandon, causing him to roll over and give Kevin his back. Kevin trasitioned beautifully to Brandon's back and sunk in a rear naked choke ending the fight. Congrats to Kevin on a dominant performance!
New Instructor Cantidates
Moberly's Krav Maga is pleased to announce that Michael Sheron and James Cabrera will be attending the Instructor Certification course in August. We are very excited and know that these two will be great representatives of our school in Los Angelos.
