Another day done. We had Sam Sade today, he is truly an amazing instructor. He echoed what Kelly & Jarret W. said earlier in the week about this being the best group to come to phase in a while. That made us feel pretty good. Looking forward to bringing back some of the new stuff I have learned. Looking forward to seeing everyone Monday.

day 2 done. It was tough but fun. We have some good drills for everyone when we get back. We've broken even on strikes. Sam Sade is teaching tomorrow. Talk to Kevin for stories.

Holy hell! What a day. One guy dropped to dehydration and I had my back spasm on a group stress drill, but be proud since I never said a thing about it until the end of the day, that tough Krav mentality. Overall though it was a tremendous learning experience and actually a pleasure to train with these people. We were well prepared for and that is true testiment to Kevin's training. We should all be thankful of the knowledge and preparation. See you guys soon enough!

We just finished day one. The first six hours were hell but last two were better. I think the currently tally is James has hit in the groin 8 times to my 6 strikes to his, although he took a hammer fist to the chest at 100% so we are calling it even. Hope everyone there is training hard because we have some fun drills for you guys when get back.

Its always nice to get positive feedback. It was so good to talk to you today. Thanks so much for listening to the problems I've encountered in trying to find a gym that teaches Krav Maga. I'm glad your gym will be able to accomodate me, despite my age and weight problem. I will definitely be coming for classes-- I look forward to working with you.

Thanks. I have a minor sprain in the knee area. My kneecap moved about an inch to the left when it contacted James' elbow. Lots of ice & ibuprofen seems to be helping. Walking without a limp today so I should be fine by class.

Nice job Michael passing the guard last night. You reached down and stepped over to take full mount. It looked good. I hope your leg is okay.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for helping me train for my fight. It really paid off. I would like to thank Kevin and Brent for cornering my fight. Great job guys. Special thanks to Brent for keeping me calm before the fight, and great call on the elbow.

Congrats to Kevin on his victory. For everyone who wasn't able to make it, Kevin came out aggressive, landed two punishing leg kicks and set the guy up for a takedown. Once on the ground Kevin passed guard and took his opponent's back. Kevin finished the fight with a rear-naked choke in the first round (24 seconds).
